Unless identified as completed projects, plans, renders and other design images are concepts or illustrative visualisations.

4. Enquiries and service engagements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or oblige you to purchase services.

Before commencing paid work, we will provide the proposed scope, fees, payment arrangements and relevant terms for your acceptance.

Any project-specific builder remuneration, design-use permissions or eligibility for benefits will be explained before you accept the relevant arrangement.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, original designs, drawings, renders and branding are owned by Dalmas Design or used with permission.

Permissions relating to commissioned project materials are set out in the applicable client agreement. Paying for a service does not, by itself, transfer copyright.

Their services and construction work are governed by their own agreements with you. We do not guarantee their availability, quotations or performance. This does not exclude our responsibility for the services we agree to provide.
