Dalmas Design is operated by Christian Dalmas, a sole trader based in Western Australia, providing residential design and advisory services to clients across Australia.

Please only provide information relevant to your enquiry or project. Where you provide information about another person, ensure you have their permission.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and maintain project and business records.

We may send enquiry acknowledgements, project updates and relevant service notices, including holiday closure information.

We do not currently send newsletters or promotional email campaigns. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Website and email providers

Our website, enquiry forms and contact records are managed through Wix. Business email and correspondence are managed through Microsoft 365.

These providers process information to support their services. Depending on their systems and arrangements, information may be stored or processed in Australia or overseas.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information.

Before providing your project information to builders or specialists, we will explain the proposed sharing and obtain your consent. This may be recorded in your service agreement or a separate written approval.

 

We aim to share only information relevant to the agreed purpose.

Information may also be processed by technology providers supporting our business, or disclosed where required by law.

Cookies and technical information

Our website uses Wix technology, which may use cookies and collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, and website usage information for operation, security and analytics.

We have not connected Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta advertising pixels through Wix Marketing Integrations.

Google Search Console is connected to help us monitor how the website appears in Google Search.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls available on this website. Disabling some cookies may affect website functionality.

Storage and retention

Information is held in our business systems, including Wix and Microsoft 365.

We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage enquiries, deliver services and meet applicable legal, accounting and recordkeeping requirements. Information no longer required will be deleted or de-identified where practicable.

Requests and concerns

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business purposes.
